Meet the Team

  • Alyson is a passionate and highly experienced speech pathologist who specialises in speech sound disorders, language disorders, early intervention, and supporting children with special needs. She holds a Master of Speech Language Pathology from the University of Sydney (2014) and brings over a decade of clinical experience working across a wide range of settings, including schools, hospitals, and community health centres throughout Sydney.

Alyson has a strong background in developing and leading government-funded initiatives focused on the early identification and support of children at risk of communication difficulties. In school settings, she has trained teachers and co-delivered oral language programs, empowering staff to better support children's communication development in the classroom.

At Sydney Children’s Hospital, Alyson designed and launched an innovative early intervention parent training program, equipping families with practical tools to support their child’s communication at home. Her expertise in early childhood development and neurodiversity makes her especially skilled at working with young children and those with autism.

In addition to her clinical work, Alyson has served as a clinical educator at The University of Sydney, supporting the next generation of speech pathologists. She has also volunteered her time in rural Australia and Vanuatu, reflecting her commitment to making speech therapy more accessible for all.

Outside of work, Alyson enjoys surfing, singing, and playing guitar—activities that reflect the energy, creativity, and joy she brings into her therapy sessions.

  • Zoë is a passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Specialist who holds a Bachelor of Speech Pathology from the University of Queensland (2021). She began her career in Indigenous Community Health in Australia, where she gained invaluable experience supporting culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

Zoë has a strong clinical background in early intervention, speech and language disorders, and in working with children with complex communication needs, including autism. Her warm and inclusive approach helps her connect deeply with both children and their families.

Of Indonesian and Dutch heritage, Zoë is fluent in both Dutch and English. She has a heart for service and has volunteered with the Australian Aphasia Association, as well as provided support to healthcare services in Lombok, Indonesia, through Stichting Mol.

Outside of work, Zoë loves spending time at the beach, exploring new places, and unwinding with her favourite creative hobby—crocheting!
